MANY STEPS TOWARD HOPE
Learn. Move. Connect. Leave inspired.
Join us for Many Steps Toward Hope, an annual fitness and wellness program designed to educate, empower, and inspire people living with multiple sclerosis.
This engaging day brings together MS experts, fitness professionals, community partners, and individuals living with MS to explore practical ways to stay active, healthy, and hopeful. Participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills they can use at home through hands-on fitness stations, educational presentations, and meaningful connections with others who understand the MS journey.
The program will feature a keynote presentation by Professor Robert Motl, PhD, a nationally recognized researcher and expert in exercise and multiple sclerosis. Dr. Motl will share the latest research and practical updates on the benefits of exercise for people living with MS.
Attendees will rotate through interactive wellness and fitness experiences, visit with community resources and sponsors, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and hear from inspiring MS role models who will share their personal stories of resilience and hope.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with MS for years, Many Steps Toward Hope offers encouragement, practical tools, and a supportive community to help you move forward with confidence.
Registration is required. Lunch is provided at no cost to participants.
