MS Bright Spots Adaptive Cycling

OUR CYCLING PROGRAMS

We have various cycling opportunities throughout the year:

• Summer Cycling Club
• Cycle 101

 Summer Cycling Club
There are so many options for cycling, including power assist, recumbent trikes, even hand controlled cycles.

Enjoy beautiful scenery, try a new outdoor fitness activity together with your support partner, and expand your boundaries beyond your comfort zone by exploring and achieving a new adventure while living with MS!

Starting this summer, join us once a month from June-September on a FREE Saturday or Sunday ride with friends!

ALL ARE WELCOME!  If you do not have your own bike, DASA has offered to partner with us for the use of their bikes.

Note: If you need to use DASA’s equipment you are required to attend one of their Bikes and Boats events for proper fittings prior to the actual rides.

A support partner is preferred for riding, but not required. Support riders must bring their own equipment or contact DASA (email Aidan Milne aidanm@dasasports.org) ahead of time to make arrangements to borrow a bike.
