Sunday Serenity Wellness Program

SUNDAY SERENITY WELLNESS PROGRAM

Sunday Serenity is a quarterly wellness program designed to support your mind, body, and spirit. Sessions for 2026 are held on the first Sunday afternoon (of the first month of the quarter) and last about 90 minutes.

Each quarter offers a different holistic wellness experience, which may include practices such as drumming circles, art expression, sound baths, yoga, Tai Chi, and more.

Carepartners are always welcome.

Why Sunday Serenity Matters for MS

The mind and body are deeply connected. Stress, emotions, and mental well-being can influence physical symptoms, while physical challenges can impact mood, energy, and overall outlook. Sunday Serenity creates intentional space to support both mental and physical wellness. These sessions encourage relaxation, connection, and gentle awareness, all of which can play an important role in a balanced MS management routine.

Sunday Serenity – Summer Session

Laughter Yoga with Eileen Wolfington, M.Ed. and (CLYT) Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher

About the Program:

Bring oxygen to your body and brain as we combine laughter exercises with yogic breathing. Laughter reduces stress, helps keep your mind positive, and strengthens your immune system. No yoga experience or attire is necessary since there will not be any traditional yoga poses. We simply add laughter to childlike playfulness and conclude with a guided meditation.

*Please bring a water bottle and a mat (if you want to do the cool down on the floor).
