We have two types of Sharing Socials:

Friends & Family Sharing Social

“Sharing Socials” began in 2025. These socials provide connection and support in a judgment FREE zone to talk about different topics and a way to meet similar people in their community in a more intimate environment.

Newly Diagnosed Sharing Social! 

We have updated the age to 40 year olds (instead of 30). This social will focus on newly diagnosed people with MS in the last 5 years or others diagnosed with MS that are 40 years old or younger!

If you’re dropping off a friend or family member at Fitness Friends (at the Center of Clayton),  Shake Shack is just a few minutes away. Bright Spots will pay for a shake or drink up to $5!

This social will focus on connection and understanding for individuals who love and care for people with MS, in a judgement-FREE zone, to share their tips and hopes as MS support partners!
