Recurring Programs

RECURRING PROGRAMS

At MS Bright Spots of Hope, our recurring programs are the heart of what we do. These gatherings create consistency, connection, and community for people living with MS and their care partners. Whether you’re looking to move your body, meet others who truly understand, or simply take a breath and feel supported, there’s something here for you!

Our programs are designed to be welcoming, flexible, and judgment-free. Come as you are, participate at your own pace, and know you belong here.
