Each session includes exercises written on a whiteboard, clear verbal instructions, and step-by-step guidance with seated, standing, and pace accommodations. Expect fun, lively music, positive energy, and a supportive community that makes fitness feel empowering and achievable.
Lunch will be provided (only on last Saturdays of the month)
