D3….Destination, Dinner and Discovery

The dinner quarterly program series (D3) will provide a FREE dinner to socialize with friends old and new at various St Louis Metro locations and increase your knowledge!

Receiving support from others in the MS community may help you feel less isolated and more socially connected: includes an educational speaker and opportunity for discussion.  Reservations will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
