Dance Movement Program For MS
Harnessing both the joy and the power of dance and movement, as well as
the energy of music and connection, our 6 week Spring series offered a unique and inspiring experience! In person and on Zoom!
Dates: Fridays, March 22-May 3, 2024 (no class March 29)
Time: 11am-12:15pm CENTRAL TIME
Location: 9656 Olive RD, Olivette,MO and virtual on Zoom
Katherine Kennedy, Modern American Dance Company and additional staff of MADCO will also guide participants through the seated and standing version. No previous dance experience is required. Class can be taken standing, seated, or a combination of both standing and seated with both positions demonstrated simultaneously.
